Birth Certificate (original only)
Current Driver's license or other photo ID
Two separate transactions for fees
Unsigned application - Sign in front of clerk
No debit or credit cards taken
Make checks payable to: - US DEPT OF STATE (no cash accepted) - 
                                               - TOWN OF EASTON (cash accepted)
Passport fees are $67 for adult passports (regular service 8-14wks) and $52 under age 16. A $30 per passport processing fee is also charged. Expedited service (approx. 3-4 weeks) is available for an additional fee of $60 per passport.
