"Star Performers" Employee Recognition Program

Nominate a co-worker
There are two ways to nominate a co-worker who has made a difference as a Stonehill Star Performer.
1. Complete the online nomination form
2. Fill-out a form by hand. Forms have been distributed to each department.
Nomination Guidelines
- Nominees must be employed by Stonehill College.
- Nominations can be made by co-workers, faculty, staff and students.
- Recognition of fellow employees should encompass the theme of "crossing borders"; recognizing employees beyond our own departments and divisions.
- Nominees should show a commitment and desire to do "whatever it takes" to get the job done to help the College achieve its objectives and mission.
- Stonehill employees may be recognized for their ideas, attitudes and innovation that significantly impacts customers, fellow employees, students, their department or division, the budget, or simply how others can do their jobs better and/or more efficiently as a result of their efforts.
- Recognition must be sincere and have merit.
- Recognition must take place in a timely manner in order to reinforce actions as they happen.
Rewards & Awards
- All nominees will receive a certificate recognizing their efforts.
- Every other month, two nominees will be chosen at random to receive $200 and gift bag.
- All nominees will be entered, one time, into a year-end drawing to be held at the Annual Holiday Celebration. Two winners will be awarded with $300 and gift bag.
