Institutional Review Board
The Institutional Review Board (IRB) is an institution-wide committee certified by the US Department of Health and Human Service's Office of Human Research Protections whose job is to protect the rights of human participants in research conducted at the College. Any research involving human participants conducted either at Stonehill College or under its sponsorship at another location, must be reviewed and approved by the College's IRB.
