Maryann directs all human resources functions for the College and has oversight for all HR policies and procedures, wage and salary administration, labor and employee relations, administrator recruitment, benefits administration, employment, training and professional development, and EEOC.  Maryann advises and consults with employees and supervisors on issues such as discipline, employee relations and supervision/management.

Lisa provides assistance with the day-to-day operations of the Human ResourceDepartmentnt as well as serving as the Human Resources Liaison with Faculty members.  Lisa has involvement with the recruitment of administrators, oversight of the College's staff and bargaining unit recruitment, training and development as well as performance management.

The Assistant Director Human Resources/Benefits is responsible for the administration of all health and welfare benefits provided by the College.  Lisa also schedules various benefit training programs for the College and ensures the College's benefits programs remain competitive and in compliance with all state and federal laws.

Lily is responsible for all College-wide training and professional development programs.  She has oversight new employee orientation, supervisory and leadership training programs and the rewards and recognition program.  Lily is also maintains the training pages of the Human Resources website.

Pat Anzelmo - Human Resources Generalist

Pat is the primary human resources contact for staff and bargaining unit employees. Pat is responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process for both staff and bargaining unit positions, has oversight of all recruitment advertising, coordinates leaves of absence for the College and updates the open positions page on the Human Resources website.

Kathy is responsible for inputting and  maintenance of all employee information into the College's HR/Payroll system as well as the on-line benefits system. Additionally, Kathy provides back-up support for the Assistant Director Human Resources/Benefits for all bargaining unit employees and provides recruitment for the Athletics Department.

Lynne is the initial contact person for the human resources department.  Lynne assists with the coordination of all recruitment on campus and is responsible for the day to day department operations including the completion of various forms on campus.  Lynne serves as a coordinator for the College's worker's compensation as well as plans special events including the annual staff appreciation luncheon.
