Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What should I do if I have a facilities-related emergency?
A: If an emergency arises during regularly scheduled working hours (Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30), please call the Facilities office at x1361. If an emergency occurs outside of these hours, contact Campus Police at x5555, and they will handle your request.

A: Examples of emergencies are as follows: No heat, no hot water, no electricity, overflowing toilet (or any other water running uncontrollably), leaks, elevator problems (if needed for safety reasons), and anything that effects life safety, could cause personal harm, or anything that if left unattended would cause property damage.
Q: What are non-emergency situations?
A: Non-emergencies would be the following: Light out, broken furniture, broken screen, lock problems (non-safety related), and office/furniture moves.
Q: What should I do if I have a non-emergency?
