Students enrolled for winter session courses in January 2014 are eligible to apply for winter housing on campus.
Please note that winter housing is not guaranteed and that only a few residence halls will remain open during the break period to house winter session students. In order to qualify for housing, students must complete the following steps:
- Provide proof of payment for winter housing. The weekly rate for winter housing is $125.00 per week. Proof of payment should be be arranged by the end of December through Student Financial Services;
- Provide proof of enrollment during winter session. Winter registration can be arranged through the Academic Services Office in Duffy Hall; and
- Make arrangements to live in one of our three winter residence halls. During the winter break period, only three residence halls will remain open. Students not already living in these residence halls will need to make arrangements with students living in these buildings to use their room during winter session. Written proof of this permission must be submitted to Residence Life by the end of December.
Once the three conditions listed above have been met, Residence Life will confirm each student's winter housing assignment and make arrangements for the student to receive winter session keys (as applicable).
