Degree seeking students select courses on myHill based on their class year, during the course selection dates that are set for each semester.
New Non-Degree Seeking Students:
New Non-Degree seeking students register for courses in person or via mail.
Registration may be completed in person or by mail using the attached Part-Time Registration Form (.pdf)
Payment is due at Registration so registration via fax, phone or e-mail is not currently available.

In Person: The Registrar's Office is open Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 pm and is located on the first floor of the Duffy Academic Center, Room 112.
Tuition and Fees:
Payment must be made at the time of Registration.

Course Cancellation Policy: Stonehill reserves the right to cancel any course with insufficient enrollment. Decisions are usually made at least one week prior to the first class meeting.
Health Insurance: Massachusetts requires that all students enrolled in 9 credits or more during a semester must have proof of health insurance. Verification of health insurance is done on line at www.GallagherKoster.com. Students without health insurance are required to purchase the insurance through their educational institution.
Withdrawal Policy: Students who wish to withdraw from a course must submit a Course Withdrawal Form signed by the course instructor. Course Withdrawal Forms are available from the Office of Academic Services & Advising, Duffy 104. Students must complete a withdrawal form indicating their desire to withdraw from the specified course. Merely ceasing to attend classes or notifying the instructor does not constitute official withdrawal. The last day to withdraw from courses is listed on the Academic Calendar.
Books: For information on textbooks visit the Stonehill Bookstore web page and follow the instructions for ordering books. You will need the relevant course number and section to order books online.

Grades on Line: Grades can be accessed through myHill. You will need your myHill username and password which you will receive after registering for your first course.
