Course Description

Examines crisis communication from the perspective of practitioners as well as academics. Crises are a fact of life in contemporary organizations which require intelligent communication to internal and external stakeholders. This course examines principles and theories that can serve as guides for communicating during crises with a focus on effective use of social media.
