Guidelines for Catering

GUIDELINES FOR CATERING
Book your event with Conference and Events. Please give at  least one week advance notice of all events.
All pertinent information needed in regards to the event:

  • Name of the Department/Organization
  • Day/date of the event
  • Number of guests
  • Form of payment
  • Location and layout of the room
  • Any special Diet/Menu restrictions 

Once your space is requested/reserved with Conference and Events, you must  contact the Catering Manager (Christine Holman) as soon as possible at 508-565-1616 for food requests (you cannot order food online). This will allow the catering staff to prepare, staff, supply, and service the event properly. Their e-mail is  catering@stonehill.edu

* Final guest counts are needed within 3 business days prior to the scheduled event.

There is a minimum charge of $ 50.00 for any event, unless the customer prefers to pick up their order and return all small wares back to the Catering Department.

Outside customer events will be subject to a 8% administration charge which will be added to the final cost along with the 6.25% state tax (unless a tax-exempt number is provided).
