Guidelines for Catering

Book your event with Conference and Events. Please give at  least one week advance notice of all events.
All pertinent information needed in regards to the event:

  • Name of the Department/Organization
  • Day/date of the event
  • Number of guests
  • Form of payment
  • Location and layout of the room
  • Any special Diet/Menu restrictions 

Once your space is requested/reserved with Conference and Events, you must  contact the Catering Manager (Christine Holman) as soon as possible at 508-565-1616 for food requests (you cannot order food online). This will allow the catering staff to prepare, staff, supply, and service the event properly. Their e-mail is

* Final guest counts are needed within 3 business days prior to the scheduled event.

There is a minimum charge of $ 50.00 for any event, unless the customer prefers to pick up their order and return all small wares back to the Catering Department.

Outside customer events will be subject to a 8% administration charge which will be added to the final cost along with the 6.25% state tax (unless a tax-exempt number is provided).
