Atomic Learning Online Training

Atomic Learning provides Stonehill College with online learning resources integrated into our eLearn learning management system.  It is an online, self-directed learning system that has been licensed to enhance student, faculty, and staff skills with desktop applications, like Microsoft Excel and Adobe Premiere.  A full library of resources is available through the Atomic Learning interface. The Atomic Learning module is located on the My Institution tab in eLearn.  All videos are available anytime, anywhere, and can be taken at one’s own pace.

Some of the Atomic Learning features include : 

  • Training on 250 applications, including Adobe products, Windows 7, Office 2010, Apple Mac OS X, Office for Mac 2011, and many more.  

  • Specialized LMS training on Blackboard Learn™

  • Student-focused and pedagogical workshops on applying technology

  • Training on assistive technology to help create a barrier-free campus

  • Ability to embed training links in LMS course pages, blogs, and more

  • Robust reporting system to monitor activity and track progress

  • Practice & Quiz Sets to review retention of training

  • Certificates of completion and Self-assessment tool to measure skills

Faculty can create links within eLearn which their students can easily follow.  Course progress and any applicable test scores are conveniently viewed within the eLearn Grading Center.
