Removing your student email from an Android device

If you have a problem accessing your email from your Android Device, you can try deleting your account and recreating it.

Please note that different Android devices and Android versions may differ from these instructions.

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Accounts.

  3. Select your student email account.

  4. Select Remove Account.

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Accounts.

  3. Select Microsoft Exchange Server.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select Add Account

  5. In the Domain\Username field, enter “Stonehill.edu\USERNAME”, where username is your Stonehill email address.

  6. In the password field, enter your Stonehill password.

  7. In the Server field, enter: m.outlook.com

  8. In the “Email” field, enter your Stonehill email address.

  9. Make sure that "Use secure connection (SSL)" is checked

  10. The “Description” field is your name for the account. You may title it however you like.

  11. After your account has been verified, choose which components you would like to sync, and then select Save.

Your Stonehill account should now synchronize with your account.
