Set up Email on iOS Devices

PLEASE NOTE: Depending on your version of iOS, you may see different steps than those below.

  1. Navigate to the Settings app and select Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
  2. Select Add Account
  3. Select the Exchange from the list of account types
  4. Enter your full Stonehill email address in the "Email" field
  5. Enter your Stonehill password in the “Password” field
  6. Enter “Stonehill” in the “Description” field
  7. Select Next in the upper right of the screen
  8. Choose the components you would like to sync with your device
  9. Select Save

If you have changed your Stonehill password, please follow the steps below.

How to update your Stonehill email password on iOS devices (iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad)

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  3. Select your Stonehill email account from the ACCOUNTS list
  4. Select Account
  5. On the Account window that appears, select the series of dots in the Password field and delete them.
  6. Enter your new Stonehill password into the Password field
  7. Select Done

PLEASE NOTE: If email is still not working on your iOS device, please delete the Stonehill email account, restart the device and add the account again by following the steps at the top of this page.

How to delete your Stonehill email account from iOS devices (iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad)

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  3. Select your Stonehill email account from the ACCOUNTS list
  4. Select Delete Account at the bottom of the Exchange screen
