Set up Email on Android Devices

PLEASE NOTE: Depending on your version of Android, you may see different steps than those below.

  1. Navigate to Settings and select Accounts
  2. Select Add Account, then Microsoft Exchange or Corporate Sync
  3. Enter your full Stonehill email addressand password in the appropriate fields
  4. Select Next, then verify the correct email address is in the email address field
  5. In the "Server" field, enter: outlook.office365.com
  6. Verify that the username field contains your full Stonehill email address
  7. Verify that "Use secure connection (SSL)" is checked, then select Next
  8. When the "Activate phone administration" screen displays, select Activate
  9. Choose the components you would like to sync with your device, then select Next
  10. Enter an optional name for your account, then select Done
  11. If you receive a message about administrative security features, select Activate

If you have changed your Stonehill password, please follow the steps below.

How to update your Stonehill email password on Android devices

  1. Go to Settings and select Accounts.
  2. Choose your Stonehill email account.
  3. Select “Email settings.”
  4. Choose your Stonehill account once more.
  5. Scroll down to and select “Exchange Server Settings.”
  6. On the “Exchange Server Settings” screen, update the “Password” field with your new password.
  7. Select the Save button.
  8. Your Stonehill email should now be updated with your new credentials.

PLEASE NOTE: IF EMAIL IS STILL NOT WORKING ON YOUR Android DEVICE, PLEASE DELETE THE STONEHILL EMAIL ACCOUNT, RESTART THE DEVICE AND ADD THE ACCOUNT AGAIN BY FOLLOWING THE STEPS AT THE TOP OF THIS PAGE.
