Setup Exchange Email on Android

PLEASE NOTE: If your email has been migrated to Office 365, please see our instructions to Setup Email on Android Devices.

PLEASE NOTE: Depending on your version of Android, you may see different steps than those below.

To create a new Corporate Sync account for your Stonehill College email on an Android device:

  1. Go to Settings > Accounts.
  2. Choose the existing Corporate Sync account.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the account screen, and click the Add Account button.
  4. Choose Corporate Sync from the providers listed.
  5. In the "Domain\Username" field, enter your Stonehill domain and username. Ex: "stonehill\jdoe"
  6. In the "Password" field, enter your Stonehill password.
  7. Leave the "Use Secure Connection" checkbox checked.
  8. In the "Email address" field, enter your full email address. Ex. "jdoe@stonehill.edu"
  9. In the "Server" field, enter the Stonehill webmail address: mail.stonehill.edu
  10. Click Next.

Once the account has been added, reboot your device. Once rebooted, you should notice your Stonehill account syncing with your device.

If you have a problem accessing your email account after you reboot your mobile device, you need to delete your account and recreate it.

To remove an existing Corporate Sync account:

  1. Choose Settings > Accounts.
  2. Choose the existing Corporate Sync account.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the account screen, and click the Remove Account button.
  4. When prompted to confirm the removal of the account, choose Yes.
