Microsoft’s Office 365 service provides a variety of powerful productivity applications that are available from anywhere on most devices.  Log in to Office 365 with your Stonehill email address and password at office 365.stonehill.edu.

Email and the Outlook Web App

Office 365 mailboxes provide 50 gigabytes of storage for email and calendar.  The Outlook Web App (OWA) has been upgraded with new features to help you better manage your mailbox and calendars.

Microsoft Office on Personal Devices

Your Office 365 account enables you to install Microsoft Office ProPlus on up to five of your computers. If you have Windows or Mac computers, you have access to the most recent, full version of Office that your OS will support. You can also install Office mobile apps on your iOS, Android, and Windows Phone devices .

File Sharing in the Cloud

Office 365's cloud storage solution, OneDrive for Business, gives you 1 terabyte of storage space for College-related documents that you can access from anywhere. You can open documents on your computer, phone or tablet, access them with a web browser, and share them with others.

Group Collaboration

Office 365 Groups enable people in the Stonehill Community who are organized into a team or association to get things done together in a productive way.  A Group provides an email distribution list, a shared OneDrive space for documents and a group calendar. Your Office 365 account enables you to create and manage a group, making it a convenient option for project teams, committees, clubs, and organizations.

Office Online

Office Online is an online suite of productivity applications which allow you to create and edit files using browser-based versions of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote.  You can access the Office Online apps by logging into office 365.stonehill.edu and choosing the app from the app launcher in the upper left corner.  You can also click on a file in your OneDrive to open the related online app.

Online Meetings and Instant Messaging

Skype for Business includes instant messaging, video chat, HD video conferencing and online meetings with screen sharing capabilities.  Online meetings also allow collaboration with others outside of Stonehill.
