The College requires that you change your password every 180 days using the Password Change Service. Below are some steps you may need to take immediately after changing your Stonehill password.
- Update all of the mobile devices that you use to connect to the hillspot secure wireless connection and your Stonehill email account immediately after changing your password. This includes smart phones (iPhone, Android, Windows phone), iPads, tablets, laptops, eReaders, etc.
- Failure to update your password immediately could result in your account being locked out of your Stonehill account and unable to login to computers on campus, myHill, email, or eLearn. Devices will try continually to log on with your old password, and our security systems will lock your account after 3 unsuccessful logon attempts.
