Take Control Over Unwanted eMail

Do you ever wish you had more control over unwanted or unsolicited email messages?  You will when you use the Block or Allow settings in Office 365 or Outlook for Windows.  This features enables you to manage lists of email addresses and domains that you trust (safe senders) and those that you don’t (blocked senders).

Safe senders are domains and people you always want to receive email messages from. Add senders that you trust and always want to receive email from to this list.  Keep in mind that everyone in the Stonehill.edu domain is already a safe sender.

Blocked senders are email addresses that you don't want to receive messages from. Messages received from an email address in your blocked senders list are sent initially to your Junk Email folder.  They eventually are filtered by the Spam Filter into Quarantine.

Follow the instructions in our Knowledge Base article to Allow Safe Senders and Block Junk.
