Your Stonehill username and password grant you access to most technology services including the campus network, email, myHill, and eLearn. Choosing a secure password is one of the best ways all of us can protect our information resources at Stonehill. Another way is by updating your password every 180 days via the Password Change Service.
Everyone is encouraged to enroll by logging in and creating your own security questions. Once you’ve enrolled, you’ll be notified when your password is about to expire allowing ample time to set a new password. The service also allows you to unlock your account if you accidentally lock it by entering your current password incorrectly. Follow the steps to Unlock Your Account to quickly get back up and running. Account locking also occurs when old passwords are trying to connect to the secure hillspot network. To resolve this problem, you must update your email and wireless settings with your most recent Stonehill password.
