Organize Meetings with the Scheduling Assistant

Tired of the paper sign-up sheet on your door to schedule advising sessions?

Frustrated with the back-and-forth emails to find out when folks are available to meet?

Now that students, faculty and staff are all using Outlook 365, advising sessions and meetings can be scheduled using the Outlook Web App calendar. The built-in Scheduling Assistant works easily and effectively for scheduling meetings, requesting appointments and blocking off time slots. There is also an auto reminder for both you and the attendees 15 minutes before the meeting starts!

The Scheduling Assistant is also available in the Outlook 2013 for Windows and Outlook 2016 for Mac desktop software.
