Before you head home for the holiday break, make sure all your files are safe and accessible by using the O365 web apps and OneDrive. 

Log in to your O365 Portal and you'll be able to use any Office web app (Word, Powerpoint, and Excel) right in your browser. All these web apps are always available from the App Picker at the top left of the screen.  Any documents created in these apps are automatically saved to your OneDrive in real-time, so you never have to worry about losing data or having the right version of a particular document on your flash drive or in your email.

Best of all, if all your documents are in your OneDrive, you can access them from anywhere, anytime. You can create a Word document in a campus computer lab using the Word Online web app, and it will automatically save to your OneDrive, making it immediately available from your phone, mobile device, or home computer - no emailing or copying needed.
