Collaborating on OneDrive Files

We’re celebrating April showers this month and the cloud that brings them! Our Tuesday Tips for April will focus on Office 365, Microsoft's online cloud service.

Storing and sharing your files from OneDrive allows you to work on one file at the same time with others, without having multiple versions of the same file. Collaborate on these files from either the desktop or online version of Word, Excel, PowerPoint or OneNote.

Simultaneous editing of a document works best when all collaborators are using the online version of the software; with Excel, it's required. For more tips and information about how to collaborate in Office 365, check out Microsoft’s instructions on how to Work together on Office documents in OneDrive.
