The faculty at Stonehill College play a vital role in advising and encouraging students to study and/or intern abroad. The success of the Office of International Programs is largely attributed to strong faculty involvement and their commitment to education abroad. Currently, 40% of graduating seniors have spent a semester abroad. According to the Institute of International Education's 2012 Open Doors survey, Stonehill is ranked #18 in the national among baccalaureate institutions for student participation on semester-long study abroad programs.
