Open Enrollment FY 2018

Stonehill College values our faculty and staff members and recognizes that it is your dedication that makes our success possible. Each year, we engage in a detailed review of our employee benefits programs balancing costs while meeting the needs of you and your family. We continuously strive to offer our employees a competitive benefits package.

Open Enrollment for Health, Dental, Vision and AFLAC  for Fiscal Year 2018 begins on Monday, May 22, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. and will end on Friday June 9, 2017 at midnight. Changes made during the open enrollment period will be effective July 1, 2017.

We are pleased to announce that the open enrollment process will now be offered through MyHill in the Employee Services Portal.  The following can now be accomplished through the Employee Services portal as a result of this initiative.

  • Single sign on through MyHill to all benefit related information
  • Managing Life Insurance allocations
  • Adding and reviewing dependents and beneficiaries
  • Updating or adding Primary Care Physician (for employees selecting the HMO health benefit)
