Bruce G. Boyer
Director of Facilities Management
Bruce is responsible for the leadership, administration and operation of Facilities Management Department. This includes all buildings and grounds, construction projects and energy management for 385 acres of property and over 1.2M sq./ft of building space. This department has a staff of 98 employees including managers, support staff and union labor.
Joseph B. Kelleher
Associate Director of Building Operations
Joe's responsibilities include administration and oversight of renovations, remodeling and construction projects, all skilled trades work, both operational and capital, and maintenance. In addition to his direct reports, he is responsible for many sub-contractors performing work on campus. Joe is also in charge of utilities and energy management.
Paul D. Ricci
Associate Director of Grounds Operations
Paul is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all grounds on campus including all snow removal and weather emergencies. Athletics fields up-keep also falls under his supervision. Paul has 17 Stonehill employees who report directly to him as well as the many sub-contractors employed to do work around campus.
Robert J. MacEachern
Associate Director of Building Services
Bob is responsible for all cleaning, custodial and housekeeping duties. He supervises all setups for special events and routine College activities. Bob has one Assistant Director, one Shift Coordinator, two lead people and 54 custodial workers who report to him, as well as outside contractors. Bob also coordinates the Waste Management and Recyling Programs.
James "Jamie" DiMestico
Assistant Director of Building Services
Jamie assists the Associate Director of Building Services with the responsibilities for all cleaning, custodial, and housekeeping duties, waste management and recycling. He is responsible for coordinating, preparing and carrying out all event setups for both internal and external College events on campus. The Shift Coordinator, Lead Custodian, and 54 Custodians also report to the Assistant Director of Building and Grounds.
Derek is in charge of the off shift employees including Custodians, Electricians and HVAC staff. He is responsible for all cleaning, emergency service calls and snow removal. He handles all cleaning , set ups, and fuctions in all buildings that are required to be completed during this shift. Derek is the primary contact for Facilities Management Department during the off shift.
Manager of Space Planning & Design
Susan is responsible for planning, designing, and drafting projects. She assists in the programming phase of capital projects and works with outside architects and contractors for larger projects. Susan conducts code reviews as well as fire and life safety inspections. She also maintains all of the AutoCAD files for the Campus.
Kathy is instrumental in making the department run smoothly. She handles all departmental payroll and time accounting, pays all our bills, tracks our charges, monitors our budgets and generally manages the administrative functions.
Margaret "Peggy" Pigeon
Peggy will be the one who most often answers your calls, solves your problems, or makes sure that someone else does. Peggy receives work requests, schedules them, sends them to the appropriate section, makes sure that emergencies are responded to appropriately and tracks all damages and related charges. Peggy also handles departmental payroll.
