What should I do if I have a facilities-related emergency?

If an emergency arises during regular office hours (Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30), please call the Facilities office at x1361. If an emergency occurs outside of these hours, contact Campus Police at x5555, and they will handle your request.

What are examples of emergency situations?

Examples of emergencies are as follows: No heat, no hot water, no electricity, overflowing toilet (or any other water running uncontrollably), leaks, elevator problems (if needed for safety reasons), and anything that effects life safety, could cause personal harm, or anything that if left unattended would cause property damage.

What are non-emergency situations?

Non-emergencies would be the following: Light out, broken furniture, broken screen, lock problems (non-safety related), and office/furniture moves.

What do I do if I lose my key?

For students, you must contact Residence Life. Please check the Residence Life web page for their lost key procedures.

For Faculty and Staff, lost or stolen keys must be reported as soon as possible to Campus Police x5555 and/or Facilities Management x1361.
