Fall 2015 Teaching Roundtables

Fall 2015 Teaching Roundtable Series

Teaching & Learning about Race, Ethnicity and Culture in Higher Education Classrooms

Come join a lunch roundtable discussion with Margaret Boyd (Sociology) and Wanjiru Mbure (Communications) as they share their recent research into how race, ethnicity, and culture impact learning in college classrooms. Their preliminary findings from interviews conducted inside and outside Stonehill will serve as a way to start off a discussion on the challenges as well as successes we encounter as faculty working to build inclusive classrooms.
