Join us for "Mindful Mondays" at 12:35 PM in the Meditation Garden (or St Francis Meditation Room, Martin 239)

We offer an opportunity to engage in mindfulness and meditation practices weekly. Community members from all faith and spiritual traditions are welcome. Please contact Erica Stewart if you are interested in leading a session.
