Students Take Part in Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.) Training

September 22, 2014

This week, the first of two Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.) courses will be wrapping up. R.A.D. is a nationally recognized self-defense program specifically designed for women. In the photo, a number of our students learn self-defense techniques from Stonehill's Detective Lieutenant David Bamford and Health & Wellness Coordinator Jessica Greene, who are both certified R.A.D. instructors. A second R.A.D. session will be held beginning Oct. 7th. For more information or to sign-up, email wellness@stonehll.edu.
