Girls from the Hill Winter Concert- Friday, December 7 - Quiet Café
Stonehill's all-female a cappella group will sing some holiday favorites at their winter concert at the Hill.
Stonehill Concert Band and Orchestra Winter Concert- Sunday, December 9 - 2 p.m. - Alumni Hall
The Stonehill College Chamber Orchestra and Concert Band will perform together in a special afternoon concert of classical and holiday favorites. Senior Jamie Lenz will also perform a xylophone solo.
Giving Tree- Gifts & Non-Perishables Due by Monday, December 10 - Chapel of Mary
Tags with names of those in need adorn the annual Advent Giving Tree in the Chapel of Mary. This year gifts will go to families in the One Family Scholars Program at Fr. Bill's & Mainspring, residents of Taunton State Hospital, the Veterans Affairs Hospital, women from A New Day Crisis Center and children from the Family Center of Brockton. In addition to the Giving Tree, Campus Ministry is also holding a food drive which will support The Charity Guild.
Rhode Island Area Alumni Christmas Reception - Tuesday, December 11 - 6 p.m.

Collegiate Chorale Winter Holiday Concert- Wednesday, December 12 - 7:30 p.m. - Alumni Hall
Under the direction of Charlene Dalrymple, with Heather Raduazzo as pianist, the Chorale will perform a variety of seasonal and holiday favorites.
Surround Sound Winter Concert - Wednesday, December 12 - 7:30 p.m. - Martin Institute
Founded in 2008 by Nicole Jaques '11, Surround Sound is the first and only co-ed a cappella group at Stonehill and have quickly made a name for themselves.
Student Holiday Reception - Thursday, December 13 - 1 p.m. - Roche Dining Commons
Students will gather to celebrate the holiday season before getting final exams underway.
Christmas Eve Mass - Monday, December 24 - 5 p.m. - Chapel of Mary
Each year Campus Ministry organizes a beautiful service, one that has a loyal following among local alumni, faculty and staff as well as neighbors of the College.
Alumni Gift Wrap Party
Sponsored by the Young Alumni Committee of Stonehill's Alumni Council, the annual gift wrap party on November 30 brought together alumni to wrap donated toys that were distributed to local children through Christmas in the City, which assists homeless families in the Boston area.
Century Club Dinner Celebration
One of the highlights of the year is the annual Century Club Celebration. Held this year on December 1, it brought together alumni, friends, neighbors, and parents of students to the Roche Dining Commons on campus for a gala evening of entertainment and fellowship. Additionally, a raffle is held each year in which proceeds go to student scholarships at the College.
Students and employees had the opportunity to get a jump on their holiday shopping. Various vendors s et up shop in the Commons while Girls from the Hill and Holiday Karaoke provided the entertainment. Santa also was on hand for photo ops and students even created personalized cell phone covers.
Lessons and Carols
The Advent and Christmas season officially got underway when the Stonehill College Brass Ensemble joined the Chapel Choir for an evening of Lessons and Carols in the Chapel of Mary on the 4th.
Festival of Light & Hope
After Lessons and Carols, the audience went outside to the main quadrangle to participate in the annual, and very popular, lighting and blessing of the Christmas Tree.
Washington, D.C. Alumni Christmas Reception
Alumni located in the D.C. area gathered for the annual Stonehill College Alumni Christmas Reception to celebrate the holiday season. All class years were invited to attend.
