HELP SAVE A STUDENT'S LIFE

Senior Lindsay Briggs is fighting for her life, battling Cystic Fibrosis, a genetic disease that affects the lungs and digestive system. Dependent on oxygen, she has spent the last year on the transplant list.

This disease has now forced Lindsay to suspend her studies. The former Editor-in-Chief of The Summit is currently a patient at Pittsburgh University Presbyterian Hospital where she is waiting for a double lung transplant. Lindsay’s illness, and especially her lengthy stay in Pittsburgh, is placing a financial burden on her family.

At the masses on Ash Wednesday, the collection will benefit the Briggs family, of Carver, Mass., as will the collection at the masses on Sunday, February 10. You are also invited to drop off donations directly at Campus Ministry by Friday, February 15.

Donations of Marriott Points are especially needed and can be deposited to Lindsay’s Marriott Rewards # 537222036.

Please remember Lindsay and her family in your prayers.
