Law School Advising

In choosing to attend Stonehill College you have begun a process that can lead to a successful career in the law. The best preparation for the rigors of law school is a strong liberal arts education. The Pre Law Advisor and counselors at the Kruse Center will assist you with the rest. Good luck!

OVERVIEW

The Stonehill College Pre Law Advising Process is designed to provide important information to students regarding law school admissions and future careers in the law.

There are many steps in the process of applying, matriculating, and graduating from law school.  The Pre Law Advisor can assist you at every step along the way.  This is an advising program, not a major or minor, though there are a number of courses at Stonehill that may be of interest to students who wish to pursue the law as a career.  Students interested in the law should also join the St. Thomas More Law Society, Stonehill's student-run pre law organization, and the Stonehill College Mock Trial Team.

We run a number of events during the year for all students to learn about the law, careers in the law, and the admissions process.  Any student with an interest in the law is encouraged to attend.
