for faculty, staff and students who have issues related to computing
at Stonehill.

use of a call tracking system to track incidents through resolution.

If you have lost, or forgotten your STONEHILL password,
please come to the Help Desk .in Stanger Hall between 8:30
and 4:30 Mon. - Fri. You must bring your student
ID.
You may obtain your Hillnet password by pressing "I
forgot my password" on the Hillnet login screen. Your Hillnet
password will be emailed to you.
