Friday 9AM-3PM
Closed Saturday and Sunday 
The Helpdesk provides phone, e-mail, in-person and online support for faculty, staff and students who have issues related to computing at Stonehill. 
 
The Helpdesk is staffed with student support specialists who make use of a call tracking system to track incidents through resolution.

If you have lost, or forgotten your STONEHILL password, please come to  the Help Desk .in Stanger Hall between 8:30 and 4:30 Mon. - Fri. You must bring your student ID.

You may obtain your Hillnet password by pressing "I forgot my password" on the Hillnet login screen. Your Hillnet password will be emailed to you.
