Erica M. Stewart

Biography

Erica is a proud Stonehill alum from the class of 2011 and joined the campus ministry staff in summer 2015. After graduating with an elementary education and religious studies degree, she participated in a year of service in San Francisco with Dominican Volunteers USA. Her passion for post-graduate service then led her to recruit with the Catholic Volunteer Network, where she traveled the country speaking to campus ministers and students interested in post-graduate service. Before returning to Stonehill, she earned a master’s degree in theology at Villanova University and served as a campus ministry intern. Along with directing the Community Engagement Program, Erica facilitates the Interfaith Women’s Spirituality program with MaryAnne and is the point person for interfaith initiatives. She strives to connect Stonehill students, faculty, and staff with opportunities to engage with the local communities as active citizens and fight for social justice and equity.
