WSHL 91.3 is Stonehill's student managed and operated radio station. Any student, regardless of major, experience or schedule, is welcome to host a show. Shows range from sports broadcasting, to news programs, to pop radio and everything in between! WSHL broadcasts day and night, seven days a week.
Located at 91.3 megahertz on the FM dial, WSHL covers a 20-mile area of approximately 160,000 people. DJs have flexibility and control over their shows, as long as they meet FCC regulations. Music on the station consists of, among others, pop, rap, country, alternative, rock, R&B and dance.
The radio station is completely student-run by an executive board. This board schedules shows, makes sure WSHL adheres to FCC rules, hires students and ensures the shows run smoothly. Applications are always being accepted at the discretion of the general manager.
