Stonehill College computer science majors, Ryan Amari, Kevin Green, and Jesse Suero placed first in a programming competition sponsored by The Consortium of Computing Sciences in Colleges.  The contest, in which twenty-five schools participated, was held at Holy Cross College on April 21, 2006. Each team of three students was given six problems to solve in a three hour period.  The Stonehill team solved  five of the six problems.  Second place winner, Middlebury College solved four. Third place went to Muhlenburg College.
