Reference Requests

Reference requests are accepted by mail, phone or email and will be completed as time, staff availability and condition of materials allow.  Requests for intensive research and/or interpretation of documents are not allowed.  All off-site requests are subject to research fees.

Research Requests should include the following information

• Your full name and regular mailing address and daytime phone number
• Complete description of the information you are seeking including name, dates and subject.

Fees  (billed at completion of request)

$0.10 per page for photocopies

$5.00 minimum charge per request for all offsite requests (includes  postage and handling)

$5.00 for each scanned photograph (printed or electronic)
