Welcome

Dear Alumni, Parents and Friends,

Thank you for visiting Stonehill's Advancement website.

Through the Advancement Division, Stonehill reaches out to its alumni and friends to help the College in its ongoing pursuit of excellence.

With a network of more than 17,000 alumni Stonehill takes every opportunity to offer a wide variety of alumni events, both on-campus and around the country, throughout the year.

Recognizing how heavily invested Stonehill parents are in their student's well being at Stonehill and beyond, Stonehill also seeks to support them meaningfully in the life of the College.

There are many ways for alumni to volunteer and stay involved with Stonehill. Whether it is joining one of the nine Alumni Council committees, volunteering to speak to a Stonehill class, taking part in the Alumni Career Network, or participating in an Alumni Council service project.

Year in and year out, the Stonehill College Fund is indeed proof of the unwavering commitment alumni, parents and friends have made to Stonehill's pursuit of excellence, providing an invaluable stream of unrestricted income that can flexibly support a wide range of initiatives, from scholarships to student activities, and everything in between.

Stonehill partners not only with people, but also with institutions, to ensure a high quality liberal arts education in the Holy Cross tradition.

The Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations works with corporations and with private foundations to secure funding for Stonehill's academic and institutional priorities.

The Office of Government Relations builds support among local, state and federal government officials for higher education in the broad sense, and for Stonehill projects that benefit the wider community.

When Stonehill's first class of students entered the classroom in 1948, they had limited resources, but ambitious dreams for the fledgling college. While our resources have grown over the years, our aspirations have grown with them.

Only through the continued engagement of alumni, friends and institutions, will Stonehill secure its place among the nation's highest quality colleges.

Sincerely,

Francis X. Dillon, '70
