President's Council
The President's Council is Stonehill's premier
giving society. President's Council gifts are the foundation of
voluntary support and provide a reliable source of funding for some
of our most critical needs: scholarships, new educational
initiatives and outstanding facilities.
Members of the Council invest in the future of the
College by making a commitment at one of the membership levels.
These funds can be unrestricted, through the Annual Fund, or can be
directed to a specific area of interest. The leadership support of
the President's Council is crucial to the College's success.
Membership in Stonehill's Giving Societies is open to all
individuals: alumni, parents, trustees, faculty, staff and friends
of the College. Membership is based on gifts made to the Annual Fund
during the College's fiscal year, July 1 through June 30, and is
renewable each year.
The President's Council is comprised of four levels:
- Founder - gifts of $10,000 or more
- Patron - gifts of $5,000 to $9,999
- Benefactor - gifts of $2,500 to $4,999
- Member - gifts of $1,000 to $2,499
In appreciation for their generous and ongoing
support, members of the President's Council receive special
acknowledgement such as:
- Listing as a member of the President's Council in the Annual
Report to Donors
- Century Club newsletter
- Special publications concerning news and events at the College
- Invitation to the annual Holiday Gala and Mass
- Invitations to special events throughout the year
