Travel with Students NOT Requiring a Rental Vehicle
For documentaiton purposes, faculty are asked to provide notification prior to traveling off campus with students by completing the Travel Notification But No Rental Vehicle Needed Form.
Travel with Students Requiring a Rental Vehicle
Faculty who are traveling off campus with students and are in need of a rental vehicle must complete the Travel Notificaiton & Vehicle Rental Request Form.
Please Note:
Requests for vehicle rentals should be made no less than 3 weeks prior to the date of the trip.
Process
The second half of the form should be completed when the rental of a vehicle is needed. Once the form has been submitted, a curricular request will be reviewed by Craig Almeida, Dean of Academic Achievement, and/or Todd Gernes, Director of General Education and First-Year Experience, whereas a co-curricular request will be reviewed by Heather Cantwell, Assistant Director of Student Activities.
Once a request has been approved, the rental of the most appropriate vehicle(s) will be arranged by Paula Lutton, Assistant to the Dean, who will then contact you with all of the necessary details.
