Fall Housing & Move-In Information

Housing Assignments

Your fall housing assignment will be made available to you sometime during the first week of August! You will be able to find your housing assignment by logging onto myHill and selecting the myCampus tab and clicking on the myHousing section.

Move-in Locations and Times

August 26th is the official move in day for members of the class of 2021. To help manage traffic on campus we do assign a move-in time to each student. Move-in times will be emailed to each student's Stonehill email account and it is important that individuals do not show up prior to or after their scheduled time. Residence Life staff is not scheduled to assist with move in after 4:00 pm, so please plan accordingly.

Upon arrival, students should go to their assigned residence hall where they will be able to check in at the lobby or just outside of their assigned building. Residence Life staff will be on hand to check you in and answer any questions you might have about the building or campus.

To help assist with volume we do not allow vehicles to remain directly next to or in front of the residence halls. Once pulling up to the building, vehicles must be emptied quickly and moved to a parking lot. Residence Life also strongly recommends the following to help make move-in easier:

  • First year students should make sure you have uploaded your picture so a Hillcard can be printed and given to you upon arrival. Please click on the following link to make sure this doesn’t slow you down on move in day: https://get.cbord.com/stonehill/full/prelogin.php
  • Bring at least one family member with you to help move items and move your vehicle when you are done off loading
  • Students and their families are encouraged to bring dollies or hand-trucks to help make moving in easier.  Although the College will have several push carts available on that day, there may not be enough to meet demand during peak times.
